- Total time: 15 minutes
- Serves: One 9 x 11" Pan
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons Vegan Margarine
- 400 gram bag Marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- 2 tablespoons Rainbow Sprinkles
Method
- 1)
Put the margarine and marshmallows into a large pot on medium heat.
- 2)
Stir marshmallows in pot until all the lumps are gone then add the Rice Krispies.
- 3)
Once the marshmallow mix is coating all the Rice Krispies pop in the sprinkles and fold in with as little mixing as possible so the colour doesn’t run.
- 4)
Scoop into a greased 9 x 11″ tray and place in the fridge to set. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For a twist on the traditional, roll ’em up into balls! Just be sure to let the marshmallow cool a bit first and then roll them in your hands coated with a bit of vegan margarine to stop them from sticking.
